The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Yosef Yaaran, doing business as Peppistyle, 26664 NE Walden Way, Duvall, WA 98019, USA ("Peppi", "we", "us"). By using the Peppi app you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can use Peppi
- You must be 13 or older. If you're under the age of majority where you live, or under the age at which you can agree to data processing on your own in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
- Virtual try-on is only for people aged 18 and over, because it uses photos of your face and body. If you're under 18 you can still choose Couture and use everything else in it, but not virtual try-on or the measurements made from your photos. Peppi may refuse a photo if the person in it could be under 18.
Your account
Peppi creates an anonymous account when you first open it. You can sign in with Google or email to choose a plan and keep your looks longer. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account: signing out, reinstalling or making new accounts doesn't give new free outfit requests.
What Peppi gives you
- Peppi suggests outfits for inspiration. It doesn't sell clothes, and the garments in a suggestion may not be available to buy.
- Outfits, descriptions, Style DNA, measurements, sizes and try-ons are created with AI. They're approximations, can be wrong, and aren't professional advice. Sizes vary between brands, so check each shop's size chart.
- Outfit photos come from Unsplash and belong to their photographers. Style inspirations are described in our own words and shown through everyday people; they don't imply that any person endorses Peppi.
- We work to keep Peppi available, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change.
Plans and payments
- Discover is free, with a limited number of outfit requests. Signature and Couture are paid plans. The app shows what each plan includes and its price before you buy.
- Paying. Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Prices include taxes where the store requires it.
- Monthly or yearly. A yearly plan is paid once for 12 months. Its allowances (outfit requests, try-ons and uploads) start over every month from the day the plan started. Unused allowances don't carry over.
- Automatic payment. If automatic payment is on, your plan renews at the end of each period and the store charges you, until you turn it off. If it's off, the plan ends after the period you paid for. Turn it off in Peppi or in the store, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Upgrades start at once with a new period. Downgrades and switching between monthly and yearly take effect at the end of the current period.
- 7-outfit packs are one-time purchases of 7 outfit requests, to use within 7 days. They're used after your plan's own requests and expire if unused.
- When a plan ends or you downgrade, unused requests and packs are lost. When Couture ends, your try-on photos, measurements and try-ons are deleted.
- Refunds are handled by the store you paid, under its policies and the law where you live.
- We may change prices or what a plan includes. Price changes for a running subscription follow the store's rules, and we'll tell you before they apply.
Your photos
Your try-on photos remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including through our AI providers, only to provide virtual try-on and your measurements to you. When you add a photo you confirm that:
- it shows you, and you're 18 or older;
- you have the right to use it; and
- it doesn't show nudity, underwear or swimwear only.
Peppi checks photos and may refuse them. Try-on pictures are for your personal use.
Using Peppi fairly
Please don't:
- add photos of anyone else, or of anyone under 18;
- try to get around allowances, for example with multiple accounts or devices;
- copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer Peppi, or overload or attack it;
- use Peppi to harass, deceive or harm anyone, or break the law.
Our content
The Peppi name, the app, its design and our text belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app under these terms. Outfit suggestions are yours to use for yourself.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (how). We delete accounts that haven't been used for 6 months unless a plan is still being paid. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why where we can. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store.
Disclaimers and liability
Peppi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free or that AI results will be accurate, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app before they apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using Peppi and delete your account. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Questions? Write to peppistyle1@gmail.com.
