How plans work

Clear rules, no surprises.

Your month starts on your day: Outfits and try-ons start over every month from the day your plan started, not on the 1st.
Monthly or yearly: A yearly plan is paid once for 12 months. Your outfits and try-ons still start over every month.
Automatic payment, your choice: On by default, so your plan renews. Turn it off and the plan simply ends after the month or year you paid for.
Upgrade at once: Moving from Signature to Couture starts straight away, with a fresh month.
Downgrade or cancel at the end of the period: You keep everything until then. Peppi shows what you'll lose before you confirm.
7-outfit packs: Out of outfits? Add 7 more, to use within 7 days. They're used after your plan's outfits.
Virtual try-on is 18+: Try-on and measurements use full-body photos, so they're only for people aged 18 and over. Younger Couture members get the outfits and Style DNA.
Leaving Couture: Your try-on photos, measurements and try-ons are deleted when Couture ends.
Paid through the store: Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, and you manage or cancel them there too.
