Delete your Peppi account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open Peppi and tap the profile icon at the top of the screen.
  2. Tap Delete my account, under Sign out.
  3. Read the list of what will be deleted, then confirm.

If you pay for a plan through Google Play or the App Store, cancel the subscription there first. Deleting your account doesn't stop the store's billing.

By email

No longer have the app? Email us from the address you use to sign in to Peppi, with the subject "Delete my account".

We'll confirm it's your account, delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What happens

What's deleted, and what's kept.

Deleted

  • Your sign-in (Google or email) and account
  • Your plan and any outfit packs left
  • Your saved looks, on your phone and in the cloud
  • Your Style DNA and the looks behind it
  • Your try-on photos, measurements, try-ons and 360° views
  • Your profile and the outfits stored on your phone

Kept

  • A coded phone ID, stored only as a one-way code, so a new account on the same phone doesn't get new free outfit requests. It's deleted after 180 days without use.
  • Purchase records, kept by Google Play or the App Store, and by our payment provider, as the law and their policies require.

Accounts that aren't used for 6 months are also deleted automatically, unless a plan is still being paid. See the privacy policy for how long each kind of data is kept.
